What happens once I’ve purchased a website package?
We will get in touch with you to arrange a meeting and discuss your individual needs. This will range from discussions on design and imagery to structure and content. Once we’ve scoped out your project we can then make an immediate start.
Am I able to make edits to the website myself?
Absolutely, all of our websites are built on top of a content management system which allows you to edit any of the information displayed. We provide all our clients with training on how to manage this once the website goes live.
What will you require from me?
This really varies from project to project. Generally we would require any existing branding that your business has or any specific content that you would like placed on the website. Outside of that we are happy to create the rest.
What if I already have a website that needs redoing?
Not a problem! We may just need a few extra details from you in order to take control of your existing domain name and website files. This is a common scenario that we deal with, you should select a package that suits the needs of your new website.
How long does it take for the website to go live?
As soon as you sign up for a package we will be actively working on your website. From the initial meeting to delivering the end product. How long that process takes can vary greatly. Where possible, we will work with you to meet specific deadlines.
Can I cancel before the end of the 12 month term?
Our pricing is based on the full annual amount. We have made our website packages more accessible to businesses by offering monthly payments. If you are facing financial hardship and need to request a cancellation, please contact us.
