This local family run business based in South Albury has been trading since way back in 1971. Chris McHale and his wife Amanda McHale continue to do an excellent job of running it today.
When they came to us they had recently formed a relationship with GearWrench Australia to retail their brand of tools at Summernats 2020. They needed a way to sell the entire range without carrying every single item to the show. The online store proved to be the perfect solution and they used it as a successful way of launching their website.

Since going live, they have begun expanding their product range online to include other brands of tools as well. They have seen a number of successful orders placed with little to no marketing beyond word of mouth.
Once their business processes are in place the next phase will be to carry out some social media marketing and paid Google ads to drive more traffic to the website.
